Shipping Policy

We deliver across Sindh and Punjab, cash on delivery. Orders are dispatched from Karachi.

Delivery usually takes 1–3 working days within Karachi and 3–5 working days elsewhere in Sindh and Punjab. Public holidays and courier delays can add time.

A flat shipping fee applies to orders below the free-shipping threshold, and orders above it ship free. Both amounts are shown in your cart and at checkout before you place the order.

We may call or message you to confirm a cash-on-delivery order before it is dispatched. Once it ships, you can follow it on the Track Order page.

Please check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged or something is missing, see our Return & Exchange Policy.
